  Had the best experience in the store today, was greeted with a "hello, how are you?" as soon as we walked in. After using the toilet, (yes they have a toilet there and it was very clean!) A store person was asking if we needed help. The customer service from Jenny was outstanding, I felt the information I was given about the product(pram) was honest and very helpful. Jenny went above and beyond, by agreeing to take the pram to my car to see if it would fit in my boot. She made my day when she picked up the pram and put it in the boot for me.
  All up best experience iv ever had in any baby store!
